LIFTING EQUIPMENT INSPECTION
We arrange third party inspections as per BS EN standards for
Lifting equipments as noted below:
• Forklifts •Chain / Lever Block • Mobile Crane • Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) • Tower Crane • Over-head Cranes • Hoist • Cradles • Elevators (Lifts) • Escalators •Car Lifts
We conduct third party load test inspections as per BS EN standards by applying the required test loads to check the integrity of test item.
Applications of load test can vary as per requirement and includes load test for hooks, lugs, beams, frames etc. using test weights or load cells.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
We arrange third party inspections in Non-Destructive
Testing as below:
• Visual inspection • Liquid/Dye Penetrant Test (DPT)
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI) • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

TORQUE AND PULL-OUT TESTS
We arrange third party inspections for Torque testing on
fasteners as per design requirements for steel buildings,
bridges, Leisure and Entertainment structures.
Also, we conduct Pull-out test on anchors to ensure its
durability and is a measure of static strength of concrete.
TANKS & PRESSURE VESSEL INSPECTION
We arrange third party inspections for tanks and pressure vessel for

PPE INSPECTION

AIR QUALITY, NOISE AND LIGHT INTENSITY
(ENVIRONMENTAL TESTS)
The purpose of Air Quality monitor is to record the concentration
level of atmospheric pollutants in air. We arrange both In-Door and
Out-Door Air Monitoring. Noise levels are also important to be
monitored for employees who are exposed to high noise levels and
helps to place control measure for the same. Similarly Light Intensity
is also a measure to keep adequate lamination at various work place
and work conditions.
PAT TEST
Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the
examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they
are safe to use.
Most electrical safety defects can be found by visual examination, but some types of defects can only be found by testing. However,
it is essential to understand that visual examination is an essential
part of the process because some types of electrical safety defect
can't be detected by testing alone.
